Four-step process: discovery and intake, workflow mapped, system built and tested, handed off and running.

  • A complimentary 30-minute conversation about your business, what isn’t working, and whether we’re a good fit. No pressure, no jargon.

  • A deeper look at how you work today: your workflows, your tools, and where things are breaking down. You get a scoped roadmap for your system, and the assessment is credited toward any System Setup package.

  • Your system, built with you, in the size that fits:

    • Foundations: one core system built start to finish, such as document filing, task tracking, or client intake.

    • Complete: a full workflow designed and put in place across your business.

    • Full Business Overhaul: whole-business systems, written documentation, and hands-on training.

  • Keep your systems running as your business grows. Choose from three tiers:

    • Essentials: a quarterly review plus seasonal and year-end prep.

    • Standard: a monthly review with email support between sessions.

    • Premium: a monthly review, priority troubleshooting, and ongoing system updates.

  • Half-day and full-day working sessions to design and put your systems in place together, in person in the Topeka area or virtually.
